1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“user,” “you,” or “your”) and Inhale Empowerment, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your access to and use of the website www.inhaleempowerment.com, the Inhale Empowerment course platform hosted on Kajabi, our mobile applications, downloadable materials, and any other products or services we provide (collectively, “Services”). By creating an account, purchasing a course, or otherwise using the Services, you signify that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy & Disclaimer Policy, which is incorporated here by reference. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Services.

2. Eligibility
The Services are intended solely for individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age. By accessing the Services, you represent that you are at least eighteen, have full legal capacity to enter into this contract, and are not prohibited from doing so under the laws of your jurisdiction.

3. Educational Program Not Medical Advice
All content provided through the Services including videos, meditations, worksheets, audio files, emails, text messages, community interactions, and coaching exists exclusively for educational, empowerment, and informational purposes. It does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, nor does it create a clinician–patient relationship. Always consult a physician or other qualified healthcare provider before making health decisions or altering medications. If you experience a medical emergency, call emergency services immediately.  Dr. Park is the pen name of our founding doctor and is used for their personal privacy purposes.  Our founder's name and licensure information is available upon request.

4. Account Registration and Security
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep such information updated. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and all activities that occur under your account. You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use or security breach.

5. Intellectual Property
The Service and all materials therein, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, videos, audio, and software, are the exclusive property of Inhale Empowerment or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, the Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content solely for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any part of the Services without our prior written consent.

6. Payments, No-Refund Policy, and Guarantee
All fees are due at the time of purchase unless you select an approved installment plan. Because every module, meditation, and worksheet is delivered immediately upon enrollment, all sales are final and non-refundable after money back guarantee eligibility is expired. We do, however, stand behind the effectiveness of the curriculum. If you complete every worksheet and meditation and still have not achieved your stated goal, you may submit a Guarantee Claim within 30 (30) days of purchase, and once you have shown that you have completed the program and the bonus module 9, a refund can be granted.

7. User Conduct
You agree not to (i) use the Services for any unlawful purpose; (ii) share, resell, or distribute course materials to others; (iii) upload or transmit any malicious code; (iv) harass, threaten, or defame other users or staff; or (v) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or related systems, under penalty of law.

8. Third-Party Services and Links
The Services may reference or link to third-party websites or resources. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or accuracy of any third-party materials and do not endorse them. You access such resources at your own risk.

9. Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Inhale Empowerment, its owners, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Services shall not exceed the greater of one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100) or the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Inhale Empowerment, Study Stone LLC, its directors, employees, and agents from and against all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Services.

12. Modification of Services or Terms
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Services, or to revise these Terms, at any time in our sole discretion. If we make material changes, we will post the updated Terms on our website and, when practical, notify registered users by email. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [State], without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising under or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in [County, State], and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

14. Severability
