Privacy Policy

1. Introduction
Inhale Empowerment (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) values the privacy of everyone who visits www.inhaleempowerment.com or uses any of the related applications, course materials, or services we provide (“Services”). This Privacy & Disclaimer Policy explains which personal data we collect, how we process and protect that data, and the choices you have regarding your information. It also clarifies that all content we deliver is strictly educational and must not be construed as medical advice. By accessing or using our Services, you agree to the terms described here.

2. The Data We Collect
When you create an account, enroll in the course, make a purchase, contact support, or simply browse our website, we may collect information such as your name, email address, mailing address, phone number, and encrypted password. Payment details—like the last four digits of your card and a transaction ID—pass through our payment processors (Stripe or PayPal). Within the course platform we record your lesson progress, quiz scores, worksheet uploads, and time stamps to deliver the program and issue completion certificates. Technical information, including IP address, device type, browser, and cookies, is logged to secure the site, diagnose problems, and analyze traffic. We do not knowingly advertise to, sell to, provide services to, or intentionally collect data from anyone under the age of eighteen. Should we discover we hold information about a minor, the data will be erased immediately.

3. How We Use Your Information
Personal information enables us to create and maintain your user account, process transactions, detect fraud, deliver video lessons, track worksheet completion, and send administrative messages such as receipts or password resets. We may email lesson reminders or new-module announcements if you opt in, and we can analyze aggregated course activity to improve the curriculum. We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties. Limited information is shared only with service providers—such as Kajabi for hosting, Stripe for payments, and Postmark for transactional email—under confidentiality agreements and exclusively for the purpose of operating the Services.

4. Cookies and Analytics
We rely on first-party cookies and standard analytics tools, including Google Analytics 4 and the Meta Pixel, to remember log-in sessions, measure ad performance, and understand how visitors navigate our site. You can disable cookies in your browser; however, some course features may become unavailable.

5. Data Security and Retention
All traffic is encrypted by SSL/TLS, and Kajabi stores files on AWS with AES-256 encryption at rest. Access to personal information is restricted to authorized staff who authenticate with two-factor credentials. We retain active-account data for as long as you hold a membership. Financial records are stored for seven years to comply with tax regulations; closed support tickets are deleted after two years.

6. International Transfers
Our servers are located in the United States. If you reside outside the U.S., you understand and agree that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.

7. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal information, and to object to certain processing activities. Requests can be sent to [email protected] and we will respond within thirty days. California residents may exercise rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, and citizens of the European Union or United Kingdom may invoke rights under the General Data Protection Regulation.

8. Educational Use Only. Not Medical Advice
All videos, meditations, worksheets, emails, text messages, forums, and any other materials provided through Inhale Empowerment are intended for educational and informational purposes. They do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and no clinician–patient relationship is created. Always consult your physician or qualified healthcare provider before altering medications or embarking on any nicotine-cessation regimen. If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, call your local emergency number immediately.

9. Children’s Privacy
We do not target, advertise to, or knowingly collect information from anyone under eighteen years of age. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information to us, please contact [email protected] so we can delete it promptly.

10. Third-Party Links
Our platform occasionally links to external websites—such as peer-reviewed journals or video channels—for reference. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those third-party sites.

11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on our website and, where appropriate, sent to registered users by email. Continued use of the Services after the effective date of any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
